Cashelmara products provide retail and food service customers with a range of premium crustacean and shellfish products available all year around, prepared and cooked to perfection. The brand leverages Atlanfish Ltd. key skills and over 40 years experience in sourcing, processing, sales and marketing within the niche market of ready to serve and eat seafood products. Cashelmara products offer customers +35 days shelf life on cooked pasteurized products and +2 year shelf life on cooked frozen product.
The Cashelmara Brand Is Underpinned By 3 Key Pillars:
In everything we do, in the systems we have in place right throughout the chain from sourcing, processing and our client relationships. We offer customers an online ‘Product Trace’ facility where products can be traced back to the source, this offers a novel element of personalisation for the customer.
Working closely with the fishermen, the source of our seafood. Below are some of the regions we work with: Malin Head, Ireland’s most Northerly point where we source our crab Dundalk Bay, Co Louth, Ireland where we source our langoustine Prince Edward Island, Canada, where we source our lobster
Responsible Practices from the fishermen to our factory. We work with mainly day-boat fishermen using traditional fishing methods. Small family fishing enterprises where two and three generations fish together, fishing is a noble profession and we want to ensure a healthy resource for generations to come.
