We were thrilled to participate in the Bord Bia Embassy Trade Reception in Paris last month, celebrating the strong trade relationship between Ireland and France. In attendance was Irish Embassy Deputy Head of Mission Owen Feeney, Bord Bia CEO Jim O’Toole, and Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Martin Heydon T.D.
We were especially delighted to reconnect with Sonia Bichet, MOF, who had visited our operations just a month earlier and joined our esteemed fishermen at sea to experience our work firsthand.
While in Paris, we had the pleasure of dining at Le Coqui 44, renowned for their exceptional seafood platter made with only the finest ingredients, including premium Atlanfish crab.
The reception was a wonderful reminder of the fruitful partnership between our two nations, particularly in the world of gastronomy, where our shared passion for quality and excellence continues to thrive.
